Buckwheat Farmhouse

For this one I did a cereal mash with the buckwheat + 10% pils @ 122, 145, and 154 then back into the mash.  Used a 2nd gen WLP670 which I intend to re-use every 4 months to see how the flavour evolve and change from batch to batch.
