Still looks good though! Belgian Ale - Vienna for a base - you have to let us know how it turns out....

I don't think it's worth calling this a belgian pale any more - a series of supply issues (yeast and hops) have pretty much thrown this into the english pale category now. Should still be an interesting beer :)

That's right... it has evolved since the original idea. Hopefully there will be a meeting when it's ready and I'll bring some to sample.
