This was my first batch on the new pilot system, so I kept it at 10 gallons.

7.50 Kg - Bohemian Pilsner
1.00 Kg - Rye Malt
1.00 Kg - Sugar
0.25 Kg - Acidulated
50.0 g - Bobek (60 min)
50.0 g - Crystal (20 min)
10.0 g - Saaz (0 min)

Yeast - Brewing Science Institute S-26 (Farmhouse Ale)

Mash - 60 min @ 151 (Batch Sparge 168F)
Boil - 70 min
Pitch yeast @ 65F
Furious ferment next morning!
