Simple recipe for a hefeweizen.

6lbs 2-Row (Canadian).
5lbs Wheat Malt.

1.5oz Saaz 4.2% @ 80
0.5oz Saaz 4.2% @ 0

Mash 1hr @ 149, Sparge @ 169.

WB-06
