Great looking recipe Kyle.
It's funny, I was working on an IPA recipe and felt I had too much going in it and trimmed it to:
- 2 row 78%
- Vienna 18%
- Caramunich I 4%
Hops: Magnum (60), Challenger (15) Challenger (1)
1056 yeast
No dry hop but the recipe ha some similarities to yours in general.
I won't be doing it right away because I have a good amount of IPA in the pipe and other priorities at the moment but I'm excited to make it.

Finally put this one on tap. I ended up doing all-Simcoe for the dry-hop, definitely the right call there.

Very nice recipe. The hop flavour comes through with a whole lot of grapefruit and pine; good balance - although my palate is compromised through this damn autumn cold. Dunno why you can't drink fizz when you're ill Kyle - this shit feels awesome on a fucked up throat :D
