How did this work out for you?  I'm looking to do an APA tomorrow evening.

It’s still in the primary, I will dry hop it tomorrow and keg next week (first time keging   )

from the smell/taste on brew day it was processing!

I will have to dry hop with different hops tho, I thought I had enough centennial but missing an oz.....after reading online, I will sub for a Cascade/Columbus 70/30 blend as per http://pint.com.au/calculators/hopsubstitution/ reference

When ready I can update with tasting notes if you want

had my first tasting last night....wasn’t fully carbed but it was still a great feeling pouring my first draft at home :)

smell is bright citrus, lots of grapefruits, floral and bit of pine.  Taste: delicious!  citrusy again (lemon / grapefruits), a bit spicy (pepper?) and a mild bitterness that doesn’t linger super long leaving you wanting more.  Creamy mouthfeel.   Overall: one great IPA!  on weekday I usually drink one beer but after this one I had to had another! lol
