I used a hop basket during boil and in the secondary fermentation, hop efficiency was off because of them especially with the dry hopping/aroma. I'm positive the IBU was much lower than this but have no way of measuring what it actually was (guess-timate is around 65 ibu?).
2L yeast starter
Fermented 1 week in primary and 2 weeks in secondary; both at 67 F (ish).
60 minute very hard boil
immersion chiller/manual stir with kettle in snowbank, chilled very quickly
