How did this turn out?  I am interested in doing a lemongrass pale ale and need some Sorachi Ace.  Where did you get your supply?  I know OBK has some.

It was quite good, the hops were a little much at first but it mellowed out. I also dry hopped an ounce for 5 days prior to bottling.

Its all gone now but I quite enjoyed it, I think I gave a bottle to @brew (http://nbcba.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=137), maybe he can add his tasting notes.

OBK is where I got the Sorachi Ace from. I only ordered enough for the recipe so I dont have any extra kicking around. If I did you could have it.

Good luck and Im looking forward to hearing about your experience with this hop

I recall having this at the first meeting at Brewbakers - found it very nice as I recall. The Ace is different, first time for me wish I could get some more to get a good feel for it...
