I made a Simcoe Double IPA back in the fall, and it turned out to be one of my most favourite brews that I've made.  I am a huge fan of double IPAs and really hoppy beers so this was right in my wheelhouse.  This is my recipe.

That looks amazing!

Dry Hopping with Simcoe really brings out the aroma. Personally, I've found that with pellets, 1oz for two weeks is at least as effective as 2oz for one week.

Welcome to the club!

I may just brew this recipe soon.

We are in the process of creating a vetted recipes section for the club to make the tried and true ones easy to find.

This is a minor detail but I suspect this is the Wyeast Labs 1056 ?
