IBUS: (not calculated) about 60. Yes I know it calculates at about 120, but the formulas are b.s.
Mash @ 154 w/5 Gallons, Sparge 168 w/4 Gallons: numbers were hit pretty much dead on.
OG about 1.070, FG about 1.015, ABV ~7.0%
