4.5 gallon batch

8.5# 2-row
1# Vienna
0.75# Toasted Pale Wheat Malt
0.5# CaraMunich II

Mash at 150F, for 1 hour
Sparge at 168F (Theoretically anyways, actually missed my target and got 164F)

0.75oz Centennial (9.4%) @ 60min
1oz Simcoe (12.7%), 1 tab whirlfloc @15min
1oz Cascade (4.6%) @5min

Yeast: S-04 with spunding valve: aiming for less than a week til its on tap.

took a sample at 4 days: still needs yeast to floc more, otherwise very good, I'll have some at the meeting.
