Based on 70% Efficiency
OG: 1.062
FG: 1.015
IBU: 53
Mash @ 67°C (152°F)
Ferment @ 20°C (68°F)

Grains:
5.12 kg - Marris Otter
210 g - Wheat Malt
210 g - Biscuit Malt
210 g - Crystal 40
160 g - Crystal 120

Hops:
41 g - Columbus (10%) @ 60
43 g - Fuggles (4.5%) @ 10
43 g - US Goldings (5.1%) @ 0

Yeast:
Wyeast PC 1469 West Yorkshire Ale

Based on cultural biases alone (and not brewing experience) I would love to try this when it's done :D

You're just handy to me here...  I can be persuaded to part with my precious bounty occasionally..  *cough.. it's not all precious

I try to keep the style wheel spinning... but I have a tendency to do a disproportionate amount of English ales, bitters being one of my favourites. I also currently have the 1469 private collection yeast. I want to test it on as many styles as possible before I exhaust it. So far, I really like the strain, hopefully it's not too long before it comes around again.
