An adaptation of Troegs Nugget Nectar from BYO Magazine

OG 1.072
IBU 91
SRM 12
ABV 7.5%

Grain:
5.7kg - German Pilsner
400g - Munich Malt
200g - CaraMunich II
200g - Dark Crystal (120L)

Hops:
15g Nugget [13.00 %] @ 90 min
20g Columbus [14.00 %] @ 90 min
15g Columbus [14.00 %] @ 20 min
28g Palisade [5.00 %] @ 10 min
26g Columbus [14.00 %] @ 1 min
15g Nugget [13.00 %] @ 1 min  
26g Amarillo [6.50 %] @ 1 min
Dry Hopping TBD...  

Yeast:
Wyeast 1098

How'd you know the AA percentages?

Only the Nuggets were my hop harvest, the rest were pellet hops. I use them with the assumption they're near the average for the variety. I know that's not necessarily a wise assumption, but with such a high IBU brew and the bulk of the hops are pellet, that assumption should be fair in this case.
