This is pretty much a smash.  I wanted this beer to be all about the hops, so I only used Maris Otter.

I have a nice session IPA on tap right now (4.5%, 55IBU) that's very similar to this. 95% Pale Malt, 5% C15, Warrior for bittering, and the rest is Centennial. Very tasty. Centennial is still one of my favourites.

I was WAY low on my gravity on this one.  Let's call it an IPA instead of a IIPA.
