Title: Brett Trois IPA
Post by: jamie_savoie on June 13, 2013, 11:38:00 AM
I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right category but I feel it's more american even though it's a belgian yeast.  Brewing 9 gallons of this, 6 gallons will be as is, the other 3 gal will be racked over 4# of rhubarb and I'll use S-05 instead of WLP644 since I don't want to underpitch the brett version
