Kegged this last night. I dont oftrn have a second glass of uncarbed warm beer fresh out of the secondary but I did for this one. The belma has a distinct grapefruit flavor I find. Its not as heavy though, takes a lot to go a long way.

Everywhere else I've found suggested strawberry as the dominant note - please bring this on Saturday, as it's as close to a single-hop w/Belma that I've seen.

I'd like to try a calypso/belma IPA (flavour/aroma), using palisade or simcoe for bittering.
