This will no doubt be over the top bitter but we were using up last year's leftover hops...


Recipe: AP 120 Minute IPA
Brewers: Al and Pierre
Style: Imperial IPA

WOW!!! 229.2 IBUs and one pound of hops. That should be interesting.  :o

I did 1lb of hops in a 5 gallon batch a couple of years ago.  Delicious.

Might need a knife and fork to sample this one but it should be different.... If this sumabeech ever stops fermenting
