Sweet Stout - Chocolate-Coffee

Tweaked around the original simple stout recipe I had planned on brewing today. Instead, it came out as this :D

Not this batch. Might not make it totally a sweet stout because of it but I can't really label it Dry either, so Im stuck in between I think. Saw some sweet recipes that didn't include lactose and added molasses instead.

Most the sweetness and flavor is going to come from the cocoa and the molasses.

Might be more an American or Imperial Stout though....I'm still wokring on what's what on guidelines. :P
