Celebrated my 50th ag batch with something bold, dark and hoppy  :drink:
I was supposed to use only 2 row but I was missing some so I sub the balance for some MO, not a bad thing I guess.

I did an American Stout last year.  It was a bit bigger than this, and I used American hops.  I remember it being boozy and delicious.  I think I should give it another go soon.

Do you remember what your final gravity was?  The wort tasted awesome last night, the rye gave it a nice mouthfeel

Do you remember what your final gravity was?  The wort tasted awesome last night, the rye gave it a nice mouthfeel

Mine finished at 1.018.

I hope I didn't mash too high.  WLP090 is a beast though
