Mash 90 mins 4.5 gallons @ 154, sparge 4.5 gallons @ 168.

Do you prefer US-05 over S-04 for stouts?  I have a vial of WLP002 that I could spot you if you'd like.

This one is completely off-style for pretty much anything in the BJCP, just a little experiment of mine on making a big oatmeal stout. Right now I'm trying to pin down the grain-bill more than anything else, so I'm keeping the yeast clean to avoid muddling the profile.
