10lbs 2-row
1lb Muscovado Sugar
1lb Pinhead Oats - Toasted on stove-top in skillet.
1lb Carafa-Special I
1lb Crystal 240EBC
1lb Flaked Barley
0.5lb Carafa-Special II
0.5lb Cara-Munich II
0.25lb Roast Barley

1.0oz Challenger @ 60
0.5oz Challenger @ 30
0.5oz EKG @ 30

Ringwood Yeast (Wyeast)

Mash 4 gallons @ 156, sparge 6 gallons @ 168.

Take 2 litres from second runnings and boil 90 minutes to caramelise some.

OG ~1.070, FG ~1.020, Abv ~7%.
