Batch Size: 6 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
7 lbs Maris Otter
2 lbs Flaked Barley
1 lb Black Roast Barley (ground almost to dust)
2.25 oz Fuggles US (4.4% alpha) - This was supposed to be EKG, but I didn't have any.
Mash at 152F for 60 min.
