Re-run on stout recipe idea for competition, being a little stricter with myself re: BJCP.
8lbs Maris Otter
2lbs Flaked Barley
1lb Roasted Barley (500L)
6oz Carafa Special III
6oz Carafa Special II
6oz Carafa Special I
1oz Challenger @ 60
US-05
Mash 4 gallons @ 149, Sparge 4 gallons @ 168.

This worked out nice - bit too much chocolate from the carafa though.. think next time I'd go 6oz:3oz:1oz instead of six of each of the specials.
