This is a slightly different version of my first attempt (http://nbcba.org/forum/13-stout/reprobate-stout-american-stout/) at an American Stout.

Well, this went all the way down to 1.009; I expected 1.017. It's carbing now.  Hopefully it's tasty.  As I recall, the first version of this was pretty sweet;  I didn't understand pitching rates very well at the time.
