8.27lbs. Muntons pale ale malt
1.0lbs. crystal malt 75L
1.5lbs. brown malt
0.75lb.  chocolate malt

1.3 oz.  fuggle  60min
.67oz.  fuggle 15min

Wyeast 1968

Mash at 153F for 60mins  mash thickness 1.3qt./lb.

Ferment at 62F
