Mashed in at 11:28 @ 154F hit it spot on 60 min Mash
1 hour boil adding the Lyles & brown sugar at the 25 min mark

1 Gallon grain absorption

Pre boil with no sugar or golden syrup 1.039

tasted the wort pre cooling and WOW gonna be a good one

OG = 1.052 Slightly higher than anticipated but hey it will work
