Title: English Brown Ale - grain to glass in 4 days

6.5 lbs   Maris Otter Pale
0.5 lbs   Weyermann CaraMunich® II
0.5 lbs   German Dark Munich
0.25 lbs   American Chocolate Malt

0.65 oz   Cascade (Pellets, 6.4 %AA) boiled 60 min
1 oz   Fuggle (Pellets, 4.6 %AA) boiled 15 min
0.5 oz   Fuggle (Pellets, 4.6 %AA) boiled 1 min

Yeast :    Fermentis S-04

O.G. = 1038
F.G. = 1011
abv = ~3.5%

Days 1-2: Ferment at 65F, 6psi pressure, take gravity reading
Day 3: Crash cool and add additional force carbonation at 20psi
Day 4: transfer into serving keg under pressure

EDIT: forgot to mention: mash temp 154F for 60 min, sparge at 166F for 15 min
