Put together a recipe for a Sierra Nevada clone. Based off their website and this BYO article: http://byo.com/cider/item/3025-sierra-nevada-pale-ale-clone
Brewing this on Sunday. I won't be able to compare to the real thing, but should be a good beer regardless.
