Couple of SNPA Clone recipes + my available ingredients = this. Stocking up for the xmas period
11lbs 2-row
12oz Crystal 40
4oz Carafoam
0.25oz Magnum @ 60
1.0oz Challenger @ 60
1.0oz Centennial @ 20
1.0oz Centennial @ 10
1.5oz Cascade @ 0
S-05
Mash 4 Gallons 60 mins @ 154, Sparge 4.5 gallons @ 166.

Sample when kegging tasted good, although the use of centennial instead of cascade has drifted this away from being anything like a clone. Gonna leave it til xmas day before I crack the keg proper.
