Yeast
US-05 - Washed - 1L Starter

So I washed a bunch of US05 for fun - used my stir plate seems OK, but not sure about the smell. It doesn't really smell "good" - but it doesn't smell "bad" - or, I guess I'm not sure... the bucket is cooling a bit at the moment - not sure if I should pitch it...

I'd pitch new yeast if there's any doubt.
