Nothing too special about this, except I did a 45 minute mash to see what  would happen.  I hit my target gravity if that matters.

Gravity is more a function of the mash/sparge volume than the time... chances are you'll just have a slightly more complex sugar profile than a sixty minute mash.

Kegged this yesterday.  I'm interested to see what this tastes like considering the 45 minute mash.  Of course, I forgot to take a reading on my refractometer.  I'll do that once it's carbonated.  My understanding is that I may be a point or two high on my target final gravity.
