Brewed this four weeks ago ad forgot to put up the recipe. Its been in the carboy 4 weeks and I racked it to a keg last night and tossed the dry hops in. Pulled a test sample today and wow! So citrusy and good, it tasted like Southern tier IPA. Im not sure how the dry hops will fair out in the keg, under gas at 6C, but the first sample was golden.
