1 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)
0.5 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker (Pellets, 4.50 %AA) boiled 60 min.

Yeast : Fermentis S-23 Saflager S-23 info

Original Gravity 1.046
Terminal Gravity 1.007
Color 3.51 °SRM
Bitterness 11.8 IBU
Alcohol (%volume) 5.1 %

Dave - how'd this turn out? Would a BMCer drink it? What temp did you lager at?

I would use my Easy Blond Recipe its very similar but turned out fantastic
